Return Policy

  • Kindly note, we do not provide a pick up service for returned products. The cost of the product return must be borne by the buyer.
  • All Product Have Service Center Warrenty Only.
  • The products can only be returned once the admin authorizes the same. The buyer should dispatch the product only if he gets the acknowledgement on his email.
  • Incase products are shipped without authorization, the credit will not be initiated.
  • In no case will the refund be initiated. The customer will receive a credit of the equivalent amount using which any other item on the website can be purchased.
  • No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post-delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements.
  • Tech4gamer.com Return Policy is implied only where the product has defect or damage. Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value).
  • Customers can contact a respective service center or email at support@tech4gamer.com for warranty support.
  • Cancellation of order post procurement/prior to delivery may attract up to 15% restocking charges.
  • In case of wrong selection of products by the customer, the return request may not be considered post-delivery of the product.
